Privacy notice.
This notice covers personal information handled via keelpilot.com. Customer-facing product data is governed by the master services agreement and data-processing addendum of the engaging fund and is out of scope here.
What we collect
Information you voluntarily provide via the demo intake form — name, work email, role, fund name, AUM band, country, preferred demo format, and any message you include.
Standard server-side request metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamp — captured by our API Gateway for abuse prevention and operational monitoring.
Aggregated, cookie-less site analytics. No individual visitor is tracked across sessions.
How we use it
To respond to demo requests, deliver proposal summaries under NDA, and maintain the operational security of the site. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third-party marketers.
Retention
Demo inquiries are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, or as required by contract, whichever is longer. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by writing to contact@keelpilot.com. Requests are honoured within statutory timelines under PIPEDA.
Jurisdiction
Keelpilot operates from Canada. Data handled by this site is processed in ca-central-1 unless explicitly noted.
Changes
We update this notice from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the effective date below.
